DEI&B
Project
Types
Currently, your organization does 0 to 4 of the project types listed below. This is not a strategy to scale, but a reaction to a direct or indirect crisis of some sort. This is 20th Century D&I.
Stop creating ad hoc projects without intentional maturity by design.
A bad process will always
beat a good person...

Do D&I Right | Process Projects

We often hear that D&I is people powered or people centered, and that is an objective more than a function. In order to get D&I to function, we have to make it process centered and avoid delegating extraordinary tasks to extraordinary employees. They can't fix us. In fact, every other facet of corporate life takes people's subjectivity out of the process of progress, so that any individual can enter a position and perform by design. That design can be critiqued and changed via the normal management process to explore or achieve objectives.
